Bidrage med feedbackWe saw “Korean BBQ” from the outside of this restaurant and when we walked it, we realized it wasn’t. We thought we give it a try anyways since they had pho. First of all, you pay and tip first so regardless of the service, you already tipped. Second of all, I think the pho broth is enhanced by something such as MSG or bouillon. I couldn’t tell exactly what, but it definitely wasn’t the traditional taste. Couldn’t even taste the star anise in the broth. Lastly, the spring rolls lacks flavor. Even the shrimp and pork had no flavor. Save yourself the money and go else where.
Dragon Po has wonderful staff. Food is brought to your table. Plenty of tables for seating.Seafood Po and steak/briskit po huge and delicious . First time eating vietnamese food and loved it. Will be back. With they would print menu . Tried bar code to retrieve it but would not connect on my IPhone!
We heard that this resto made some good Pho soup and so we decided to call in an order for pick up. We ordered two large bowls, Steak/Brisket and Steak/Brisket/Flank $13.95) each. Both came with two containers of Beef broth, bean spouts, limes, coriander, hoisin sauce and spicy oil. We also ordered a platter of Short Ribs $16.95). Everything was good but probably would have been much better had we eaten it in the restaurant. The broth was very good but all the meats could have been much more tender. The short ribs were also good but a bit on the rubbery side. We also ordered a Boba tea. which was very good. Enjoy!
I ordered the pork chops for lunch and egg rolls with a bubble tea. $14, $7, $5=$26 for lunch. think it would be good .. NOT! THE PORK CHOPS are 1/8 in thick and are 60% bone. there joint ball cuts one cup of rice well picture above this did not cost them 2 bucks to make and charge $14 plus after i paid they have an 8% inflation fee what a load of ****! So you know I ran restaurants for over 20 years I know what I am talking about.
Stopped in for lunch… and should have turned around and walked out. Place was empty. Hostess/server sitting by the front door eating her lunch while watching tv. Ordered Pho bowl and pork chop plate. Pho broth extremely salty. Couldn’t finish 1/4 of it. As for the pork dish… $13.95 for pork chop bones, fat, and burned pork. As for the service…. Non existent. She would rather watch tv than attending to customers. The bill…..a delivery fee was included, even though we dined in! Was this possible for the small container we asked for to pack up the sea water broth and uneaten noodles? How does this place stay open?
