Chili's Grill - Coral Springs

The service and food were excellent. Our waiter, Kenny, was wonderful and went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience. All the food was prepared quickly and served hot. The only downside was that the potato soup had a bit too much water in it.

Post-pandemic, many Chili's locations have struggled with issues like understaffing, poor food quality, and subpar service. However, this particular Chili's is an exception! The strong leadership is evident from both the front of house to the back. I was warmly welcomed and shown to a spotless table with pristine menus. Soon after, I was served warm chips and salsa. My server, Lennese, introduced herself and her service was fantastic! She suggested the two-for-one drink specials. I tried the Bahama Mama, but it was a bit too strong for me. Without hesitation, she replaced it with two Strawberry Daiquiris. This Chili's truly exemplifies a rock star experience! I drove from Pembroke Pines to visit this location after reading positive reviews, and I was craving wings. It did not disappoint! The ambiance was wonderful, and the cleanliness made for a delightful Wednesday evening dinner.

We were seated immediately in the bar area. The waitress was very sweet and gave us the run down on the menus, then took our drink order. We received chips and salsa, a couple of minutes later we had our drinks. My friend and I were catching up so the server didn't rush us, gave a bit before taking our order. Although she didn't hound us she was very attentive. I took a shot and ordered the sirloin, which to my surprise was one of the best I've had-cooked to perfection. The restaurant, bathrooms, outside area were all clean. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening for myself and my friend.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We waited at least 10 minutes before we had to ask for a server, who arrived right away but then walked past us at least four times despite being the only one on the floor. After that, we faced a long wait for our drinks and food. To make matters worse, some guests who arrived after us were served and left well before we did. It took us an entire hour to receive our chips, dip, and chicken tenders, which feels outrageous. The place was not busy at all, yet we felt completely ignored. There was no acknowledgment or empathy regarding the delays in service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I love that they have the option for me to join the waitlist before arriving because this place can get pretty busy. I’m a fan of the 2 for 1 drinks. Margaritas specials are also great. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really delicious and then there are times when it’s so dry and hard that I can’t even finish it. I’ve never had a issue with the service and everyone’s always friendly. Cleanliness can use a little work. Our tables and booths can use a wipe down before seating guests. Needless to say, I’m here for the drinks. That’s all lol!
