Burger King - Coral Springs

So I wanted to update on this place, I gave a 4 stars before, but now I lowered the rating. went to eat today and I think it was manager, rudely said I can't serve them inside because I only work 3 people. Well, I don't give my money to a facility that wouldn't give me a little customer service. I don't like this place, no customer service, they don't get my money.

It is what they would expect from bk. depending on who gets them in a specific day, whether they get micro passive aggression to just get there to order food. as if they disturb them by being a customer. ? eating is done in the right way. it is close to my apartment for when I have my lazy days and do not want to cook. I wish the staff were nicer.

Very rude you customer service I just asked for a second to look at the menu at I received so much attitude and a different person came to take my order good thing I don’t usually eat here ?

Gotta hide credit when credit is due .... We had Davon this afternoon, Saturday, for lunch and he was an absolute rockstar. He offered the best deals for the teens and offered his personal take on a new loaded sandwich also. He was happy and assisted without issue. This was the best BK experience in many years in South Florida. A small boo boo on the bill was made to our advantage when he caught his mistake. The food was prepared while we waited and as ordered. The onion rings and fries were hot and fresh as per our kids review. Even the correct dipping sauces were in the bag ! While Burger King no longer offers a true whopper of a sandwich (burger) it is ok when on BOGO. It would be nice to see cheese offered without two charges. It is nice to see BK dressing their items differently for limited time and only wish a grilled chicken option was available.

I live 2 mins aways got home to this cold sandwich and fries with this white clear fatty substance on my chicken sandwich. I lost my appetite. It’s okay this was a sign to start eating healthy. I’m just so astonished. ??
