Bidrage med feedbackUsually stop pass this location when im near. Today right after lunch rush the lettuce was visibly with brown spots so i asked for fresh lettuce. The spanish lady who is very nice said that they didn’t have any fresh lettuce for another 30mins. This is never the practice in a better neighborhood Subway. If the lettuce isnt fresh then why is it out for consumption? Unfortunately, i will not return or recommend this location after this transaction.
They went up on the price of things, bit the service is good.
I placed a delivery order that got canceled, I called and realized it was because my phone number was wrong so they couldn’t confirm. I told the lady that I fixed it and would place another order. She said ok. I placed a new one, they NEVER called me, and canceled again. So I placed a THIRD order and I called them immediately to confirm. They declined my call and I left a message saying I just want to confirm it so I can get my food and left my phone number. They canceled my order AGAIN in under what was like 5 minutes. I kept trying to reach out and they sent me to voicemail every time. Wasted over $60 dealing with these people that hopefully I’ll be getting back. I’m not ordering from this restaurant again if they can’t even be bothered to work with their customers to resolve a simple issue.

Somewhat friendly only because they thought I was a homeless person because I stood outside the store for a few minutes before entering the edtablishment
