Pincho Factory - Coral Gables

A charming little restaurant. I tried the Pincho Dog, and it was quite tasty—messy, but in a good way, just how great food should be. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the place wasn’t the cleanest. The staff didn’t make me feel particularly welcome either. However, there’s nothing significant enough to prevent me from returning.

A great casual spot for burgers in Coral Gables. I really enjoy their burgers. The fries were just okay. The portions aren't very large, making it a perfect choice when you want a bite to eat but aren't too hungry.

I was absolutely amazed by how delicious the food is! I've been there about six times now, and it never fails to impress. On my last visit, I was thrilled to discover they offer keto bowls, which means I can eat healthily while on my diet and still enjoy one of the best burgers ever on my cheat days! If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend the Vaca Frita Bowl or the kebabs if you're not in the mood for a burger. For burger lovers, the Pipo's Choice is an excellent choice! Don’t forget to try the fried cheese—it's incredibly tasty! Be sure to ask for the spicy aioli sauce for dipping. Every sauce they have is fantastic, but the aioli and the pesto are my absolute favorites!

The flavor of the burgers and the warmth of the staff are truly remarkable! I was in the mood for a great craft burger, and this place certainly delivered. I can't wait to return at least 70 more times to sample everything on the menu and have the guava cheesecake probably six more times! Brandon, Jose, and Monique made the experience exceptional! This restaurant is bound to become one of my favorites whenever I'm in Coral Gables!
