Ole A Taste Of Spain - Coral Gables

We were there on Saturday night at 7:15. There were 2 other tables occupied. The waiter brought a menu for 2 people and I had to stand up and get another menu plus a wine menu. After that, I told my wife that we have better tapas and go dinner because the situation doesn't look very good. So we ordered three tapas. After 30 minutes we should go, but decided to stay because it was raining. The first tapa came 15 minutes later. The waiter apologised and told us that the other waiter had not appeared - probably the cook did not appear!!!. They only had ham in their name. The pimientos filled with seafood were filled with air. The tortilla was perfect, but had no salt at all. Ole will never see us again!!!!!!

The food was good and the server was nice, but we waited for an hour to serve: 20 min was only for the server to ask what we wanted to drink; then waited for 45 minutes for the 2 cups of wine and the tabla to arrive....almost starved... another pair that came there after our departure... Hopefully they'll be together...

The restaurant is located in a great location, very good service. Fooed was very good. I enjoyed this restaurant.

The waiter initially only brought one menu for two people, so I had to get up and ask for another menu and a wine menu. At that point, I suggested to my wife that we should just have tapas instead of dinner because the situation did not seem promising. We ordered 3 tapas and waited for 30 minutes, considering leaving but ultimately staying because of the rain outside. The first tapa arrived 15 minutes later, with the waiter apologizing and explaining that another waiter had not shown up and apparently, the cook was also missing. The ham was the only thing that lived up to its name, and the seafood stuffed pimientos were essentially filled with air. The tortilla was okay, but lacked salt. We will not be returning to Ole.

The food was tasty and the server was pleasant, however, we had to wait for over an hour to receive our meal. It took 20 minutes just for the server to take our drink order, and then an additional 45 minutes for our two glasses of wine and appetizer to arrive. We were nearly famished and another couple who arrived after us left before receiving their meal. Hopefully, the restaurant will improve their service in the future.
