Fontana is fantastic. Here in the centre of the National Historic Landmark you will find an excellent cook and support Cast, which offers more than great service and great food. The soup of the day is always excellent whether lentil soup, chicken noodle or Italian inspired chicken al farro, they were all very well prepared and left my guests and I with taste buds exploding. Take time for a night without cooking. Enjoy salads and appetizers such as beef Carpaccio or Cesar Salat. The main dishes include pastas and meat. No discrimination here is everything perfectly prepared! Bon Appetit!

A group of us went there this Sunday. We were sitting outside the well. The views are Spanish castle style. The food was great and Andreas Recommendation from Schweinglocke was on point. We drank our weight on bubbles and around it was unlimited to 3 pm. The buffet had caviar and lobster?. Will be back and bring other friends. Shows the best brunch in Miami.

Good food. Not amazing, but nothing to complain. The service was decent, not the most attentive. Beautiful ambience and ambience. You know you're paying a premium for the food at the hotel. I'd like to go back if I stay at the hotel. Wouldn't make a trip for the restaurant.
