Subway - Coquitlam

0 stars! I have never been to the location in Coquitlam on Austin Ave. but had an unauthorized purchase on my subway app that was picked up at this location. The only way I have found to advise subway of thisbis through an email that gets sent. I emailed within hours of being notified of the transaction as I was sleeping and saw it when I woke. This was sent a week ago and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at subway. DO NOT USE THE APP as there seems to be no way to ensure the safety of your information!

Ordered a tuna sandwich and I was served something that looked like a sea of mayonnaise with possibly floating bits of vegetables and tuna carcass. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pakistan guy usually works at 9-10 pm. He always sits in the kitchen and touches his face or bare arms with gloves. No greetings no answers. He looks like he doesn't want to be there.
