I ordered through the Starbuck's app, and I was there for about 20 minutes after I placed the order, probably 10 minutes before that!I saw people who ordered at the front counter after I arrived at the store that got their order before I received mine! That should never happen! There should be a method to serve the customer in order that they placed their order in!
I'm not a frequent Starbucks consumer, but that may change if the service remains as good as what I got today! Went in around 5:00 after a long day of shopping and there was no line. The staff, namely James and William, were genuinely kind and attentive. I was able to re-load a card and get a half-sweet chai latte with ease. The drink was perfect too. Thank you!
Been to this place for a few years . My experience was great before, but this time when I have seen a new staff with bad customer service when I ask her redo my coffee. I think they should put cream and milk out-side at the mobile-pickup to let customers adjust the milk they like.
They Don't offer the offering initiated by Starbucks Canada, reason given its offered only in US Starbucks... ?
Lineups outside the door. They recently removed all tables and chairs which adversely affects the coffee shop experience. The prices at this location are higher than other locations. Wait times are long considering the amount of staffing. Only one person taking orders and one barista for this busy location while other staff not helping to take and/or prepare orders. Reward program has been halved and prices are inflated. Customer service is lacking at this location.
