Bidrage med feedbackThe skin of the steamed dumplings was thin and the meat and vegetables were marinated so well that we didn't even need to dip them in soy sauce or any other sauces. The flavor was perfect. The noodles were chewy and had just the right texture. Although there was no meat in the bowl, there were vegetables and eggs in the soup. I will definitely come back to try other dishes next time. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was cozy with only a few tables.
We came back to Sol's for breakfast/lunch during our recent stay in the area and were eager to try more of their delicious Korean dishes. We ordered and shared Jjin Mandu (steamed dumplings), Odeng (fish cakes in broth), and Pat Kalguksu (Korean noodle dish). The food was large, flavorful, and served piping hot. We really enjoyed our meal and found it to be a great value dining experience. On another occasion, we discovered Sol's during a morning walk and decided to try their fish cake soup and steamed dumplings. The dishes were freshly prepared, tasty, and served hot. The small, cozy restaurant mostly caters to take-out orders but also has a few tables for sit-down customers. Overall, we were pleased with our meals at Sol's and will definitely be back for more.
We returned to Sol on two separate occasions to try more of their delicious Korean offerings. On our most recent visit, we, a senior couple, enjoyed a late breakfast/early lunch. We ordered Jjin Mandu (dumplings filled with minced meat and vegetables), Odeng (Fishcake in Broth), Pat Kalguksu (Korean noodle dish), and Wang Mandu (steamed buns filled with pork and vegetables). Each dish was hot, flavorful, and indicative of Sol's commitment to delicious and authentic Korean cuisine. We highly recommend giving Sol a try for a satisfying and tasty meal.
We discovered this little Korean sit-in/take-out snack place during a recent morning walk in Hanin Village. Sol 's was open, we got in and decided it would be perfect for a breakfast snack. We were right, and I'm sure we decided to go and try some of their food. It's a small place, with four small tables, most expulsions, I guess, and opens at 10 o'clock. The cook was busy preparing a take-out order when we arrived at 10:30 and became their first sit-down customers. We've shared orders from fishcake soup and steamed dumplings. The soup was a good bowl of value, with several different types of fish cake, in a mild and tasteful, light stick. The dumplings (10 of them) large and well filled with a mixture of minced meat and vegetables. Both dishes were freshly prepared and delicious and served cake hot on our table. Our kind of breakfast, and it sure hit-the-spot. We liked Sol's little house!!
I tried this restaurant once last yearToday I am coming back here to try their food the second time.
