Bidrage med feedbackWhenever you dine in, there are no problems. You get what you expect. Except for when you are in a rush and go through the drive through, you sometimes get your order mixed up. Normally I would catch it but there are times when I just take the order I get and go without checking. Not once or twice have I been given the wrong order and go home to see the surprise but it's actually quite frequent. Overall, they should be checking the license plate they write on the receipt with the person's car on delivery.
This is specially for General manager (Mina). I have talked to you multiple times due to very bad management that I faced in your store, but today I wanted to congratulate you with hiring -Pegah-. What amazing customer service she provided to me today. Honestly, this was the best level of service I have ever received in any fast food. I can tell the level of customer service was in a level of a high end luxury dine in restaurants. There was a big mistake that happened at the drive thru by one of your employees and after I got to the payment window, I saw -Pegah- already there to make sure there is nothing to get mistaken, she actively listened and apologized to me for the mistake without me even get upset, so at the point that I found that I have been taken care of to get the right food, I was even thinking about time, mistakes and getting angry. It was an amazing feeling I have received when I got taken care of not only for the money that I paid extra and the wrong sandwich, but she kindly provided me with free apple pie and asked me to keep the wrong sandwiches even though I didn't order them. As a long term manager in retail, I want to thank you (Mina) for getting amazing people like -Pegah- hired in your team and thank -Pegah- for her amazing service. I want to let you know that I just bought my items less than half an hour ago, but I found it will be so unfair to not mention this to everyone with this level of customer service. Thank you so much.
Good drive-thru service at this location this morning. I had issues with my app order code and was inadvertently holding up the line. The gentleman at the window was patient and professional in how he helped me, managing to track down the order successfully. The lady who delivered to my car window did so with a smile. They were very helpful in figuring it out, just wanted to say thanks!
Here’s my opinion of McDonalds. It’s the same wherever I have been. The food is always good and the service is excellent. Some fast food places don’t put napkins in the bag. McDonalds always does. It’s simply a well run organization .
McDonald's is consistent in there food. I don't shop here much but I love the cheeseburgers and fries with no salt. Staff are always friendly and fast at the drive thru window. Prices are reasonable. Great place to take the family for a quick bit to eat. Great place for the seniors to come and have coffee and socialize. They have Wheelchair accessible seating. Wheelchair accessible washrooms and parking. This location is open 24 hours. Usually both drive thru lanes are open. You can order online via Skip the Dishes. Tables outside as well also wheelchair seating and accessible. Enjoy!
