Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Coquitlam

I was lured in by sign for a pumpkin blizzard. Well...aside from some sickenly sweet crunchy lumps...which had no disernable flavor. The exhorbently expensive cup Mini Blizzard was barely off whilte. Had no flavor...no cinnamon or other pumpkin spices ZERO!!!! No Atmosphere drive thru. I contemplated going back and asking for my money back. Should have!!

I went in to purchase 2 medium sundaes. 1 strawberry sundae with pecans and the other one with half strawberry and half chocolate. They charged me for extra chocolate sauce. I ordered the same thing about a week ago and they didn't charge extra. Why did they charge me to alter the sauces on my order and not the next person?There were 3 staff members involved and they weren't very friendly. I definitely won't be back to this location.

I pay close to $9 for my favourite hot fudge/banana blizzard so how do I end up with COOKIE DOUGH /banana? Weird combo, I don’t like chewing my blizzards. I typically love DQ but arghh, they’ve done this multiple times. I don’t notice until I get home, of course. First world problems I guess! Double check your order

I would’ve never thought of getting a burger from Dairy Queen but I’ve gotta tell you they’re quite nice. The service and the ambiance is kind of what you would expect from a Dairy Queen. It’s not anything something special. The blizzards are pretty good. Haven't had any complaints.

So i came in the drive thru and ordered a medium cotton candy blizzard, the lady was very nice. When I got my blizzard i noticed it wasnt mixed (the top had the pink part but 1cm or 2cm under it was all soft serve. Now I understand that it was busy and I dont really care because ice cream is ice cream but I dont plan on going back there.
