Good for a fast food taste like made at home Burger price is reasonable most locations running ok and not too busy

Experienced some challenges, communication, both understanding and understanding, while our order today. In the end, Whopper was reached on Wednesday. Very good burger for the Whopper Wednesday price of $3.99

The sloppy seconds that I got from the girls working behind the Burger King were better than the food.

Hubby and I went in and ordered the family meal and the guy worked replied I must see the voucher... I said, "oh the other BK didn't need it as they apply it" and he says "No, I have to see it" be like that...Customer service sucked the way he talked to us... (It could be a "I'm sorry, but we need the number of the voucher" just say....and they all wore masks on their chin... like WTH... no gloves and then when it was done.. I asked for couples from Mayo and the girl throws it in the bag... I work in a restaurant and if I ever treated my guests the way we were treated, I would hope that I would be fired ... I guess Burger King goes downhill as we don't get back to this!! Last time we were there the guy working (can manager was friendly and happy and so went back!!!

Refused to honor advertised price for food. Made up an excuse that they updated their system and the prices were higher now. If your advertisement says one price but you charge a higher amount that is just false advertising. The food was okay tasting.
