Fries are always old, chicken is always almost room temperature. They mess up my order in the drive thru every single time. They do correct their mistake if you go inside, but it should not be an issue in the first place. Judging by most of the employee's demeanor and performance, it must be a terrible place to work. Good food when fresh, I just wish the management did a better job.

I live in cove and this is the third time I have been and they didn’t have what I ordered didn’t work with me on something I would like to replace it with only that my option was spicy nothing else I don’t eat spicy food but I took what they gave me anyways and paid. My chicken was dry sitting under the lampFor hours , the chicken fingers were so skinny and small it was a joke I paid for a 3 piece and they were dry and nasty too, the red beans and rice had been sitting so long there was a crusty ring of beans where it had been sittingAll 4 of them were the same I ordered a large and got 4 one servings to equal and large) news flash that’s a ripOff as well 4 of these wouldn’t fill a large container up I 100% promise you, the service was slow and a tad rude , wasted $25 dollars as all the food was trash and now I get to goSpend another $25 to actually get a meal to eat and be full….. get it together Popeyes orDrop the prices to match the service and foodComing out ofThere you can’t charge 5 star prices for half star food ….

I came in and already ppl were mad because food was incorrect and that already should have been a sign to leave. The cashier was clueless and she was on her phone she helped me. I had to repeat my order like 4 times and then asked her to repeat it to me because she had that d look in her face. I ordered two meals and she thought she was doing something when she combined the fries together in a large order. They are separate meals which didn’t make sense to me. Avoid this place at all costs

I’m not one to complain at all, I just think it’s so crazy how consistent they are at going so slow and having people wait the amount of time they do. Placed a order for pickup at 1155 and it is not 1222 and I have still yet to receive my food. Terribly unorganized, foods great but don’t get food on your lunch break that’s all I can say.

I'm rating a three because I don't understand how they're hardly busy (steady traffic flow) but you have to wait 10-15min every time and it seems like the cashier runs the register, the window and the back ??‍ I got the nuggets and mash potatoes with the strawberry biscuits (ahhhmaazing).
