Pizza Hut - Copperas Cove

We ordered 2 of the edge pizzas and because they didn't have enough drivers, they used the door to deliver what a mess! The pizza was completely mangled! The door lock driver brought her child to the door! Now that's not on pizza hat, they could have told us so sad, but no, they delivered 2 new pizzas! My only suggestion is if they might add something that we are short riders, so can be delivered by the door bag, and an option to accept or be willing to wait for an actual delivery person from the pizza hut. I personally would decide to wait.

I love pizza hat pizza. We usually get delivery, but this time we picked it up because we were out anyway. We made pickup. They are always super fast to make and we always find great vouchers. We have a large deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, a large buffalo chicken pizza, along with double order of cheese sticks and cinnamon wood. The order came to $40. Everything was made exactly order and super hot. And we didn't even have to call to let them know when we were there. Someone came out immediately and asked us what our name was for the order. I'll keep ordering pizza hat every time I want pizza.

Hostess was very welcoming. She offered the children coloring pack immediately along with the menus. She has respectfully reviewed us and not just left us alone during our stay. The only reason is that this is not 5 stars because they only offer bottled drinks and not also wells. Food was also great, not like the reviews that complain about the sauce and taste. I see that I will return in the future.

UPDATE 06/18/2022 Customer service at this location has improved dramatically! Thank you. Desyre for our experience with this location was best for a while. I had to call this place because of an error I ordered online, and she corrected my online order error and was so nice. BT2 WORK Edge Pizza was also great! UPDATE: 04/21/2022 We decided to give them another chance and say that the hand-seed pizza lover was great and delivery was fast. 1 star away because now the online site tapping starts at 18% instead of standard 15%. PREFACE: The changes to the Pan pizza when loading an additional $2.00 for this option is simply ridiculous. We will no longer order this article.
