Cb Grille - Copper Mountain

Another one of our favorite Copper restaurants. Great cocktails and fantastic service. Unfortunately, we hear they are another Copper Mountain restaurant that will not be returning winter 2020/21. That's a real shame. CB Grille was one of Copper's only upscale dining places.

We had really good food, pricey but good. The service was so slow we could have trained a snail to walk past these guys. The steak was cooked correctly and the sides were very tasty.

Cocktails were fun and interesting. Service was a little slow to start but everything got delivered with nice timing. I had lamb chops that were excellent! My husband had the chicken pot pie and loved it. Really nice relaxing atmosphere but casual in that people were dressed in all sorts of clothes.

Food was good. Service was absolutely awful. Probably due to the fact that our waitress knew we were a party of 7 and she could automatically add her tip. I have never been more disappointed in an upscale restaurant. The only reason I gave three stars is because the dinner was good.

Ski vacation for my moms birthday and this was the dinner spot. Everything was great and came out quick too! I forget what we all got but I would def go again. 100 yards from the ski lifts as well. Great all around
