Jc's Burger - Coppell

This is one of the top burger joints in the DFW area. I've visited twice, and both experiences were excellent. The owner/manager took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, and there are plenty of options, including vegetarian choices. The burger was delicious and incredibly juicy, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is perfect for families, yet it also provides a wonderful atmosphere for catching up with friends over drinks. The staff is exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure you have a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking delicious food and a lively ambience. Plus, there are games to keep the kids entertained!

This is a lovely little burger joint. The burgers were tasty, and the fries were great as well. The onion rings were decent, but not the best, so I ended up leaving some behind. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Decent burgers but their shake machines are less reliable than the ones at McDonald's.The last time I ordered, they didn't tell me until I got to the store that their shake machine was down and they couldn't even refund me for the shake I didn't receive. I definitely won't be back.

Ordered a JC's Killer Burger. What I received was a burger with a slice of not melted american cheese (not sure if it was american, I didn't actually taste it) and sauce. The burger was cooked rare with a cold red center (I like medium rare burgers, but this was ridiculous), it was missing pepper jack and bacon and the bottom bun was a soggy red mess from the undercooked burger. The only saving grace was the large curly fries that were crispy, but can be found better at Jack n the Box or even Arby's. Burger tossed in trash, fries were OK. My co-workers burger was OK according to her, but not nearly worth what it cost.I don't give out bad reviews, in fact I believe this is only my second bad review on Google ever, but this was a major disappointment. So bad in fact that I wouldn't even call and give them a chance to make it right. I definitely will not be ordering anything from this place ever again.
