Delicious sushi with good service made for a great evening after golf

Not the same Wasabi! Been coming here for years, some times once a month. Chefs were awesome food was incredible, always felt like it was good value. The little things like chefs making their own hot sauce recipe made this place a favorite. 6-7 months ago it was so bad we hadn’t come back until today. Extremely disappointed. Food was so salty my wife couldn’t even fight through it on the fried rice and veggies, the fillet was great, but there was no garlic used at all, and it left the lobster bland. I don’t leave many bad reviews, but the quality of this place dropping is worth noting.

We dropped in because the restaurant we intended to eat at was unexpectedly closed. We said, we know Wasabi! rather than try a new (to us) place. We decided to sit in the table area rather than wait for Hibachi. The service was great. Our server was personable and efficient. The food not-so-much... Everything was overcooked. The noodles were mushy. The shrimp crab was pure rubber. The vegetables were colorless. But by far, the worst part is that the whole plate was SWIMMING in a teriyaki-type sauce. We were disappointed to find that our (very basic) expectations we 're not met. So, although the server was good, we will not be returning to Wasabi.

Must visit place to experience Hibachi menu, the presentation, ambience, taste and service is impeccable! This was my first time visiting and the chef was funny, had attention to detail and made sure we had a great time. Portion size is really good- they serve salad, soup and big portion of main course. Would love to come back again
