Burger King - Coos Bay

The food was good and the order taker at the drive thru was friendly.

Went there for lunch today for the first time in years. Ordered #6 and a chocolate chip cookie. They were out of cookies but she did offer a sundae instead. The fries were hot and good. The chicken classic was not fresh or crispy. I would give the sandwich a 2 out of 5, the fries 5 out of 5 and the service was fine. The coke was good. I paid with cash $10.38 I think but didn’t receive a receipt so I’m not entirely sure. Guy started closing the window butI was I asked through the crack of the closure for ketchup. He handed two packers over and then quickly handed me two packets and then closed the window. I have to admit, I was hoping for a crispy chicken sandwich and always appreciate a receipt but it’s no big deal, it’s not gonna ruin my day. Unless I get sick and can’t prove I purchased it lol

I pulled up to the order board I ask for a specific thing they told me it was no longer available. I proceeded to order what I wanted when I got up to the window and they asked me for more money because they forgot to add the cheese. The lady was super rude when I got back with my food my food was cold. The lady at the window was not very inviting and nice. Do better Burger King!!

The manager Vanessa is completely unprofessional the person behind us honked and then she was rude and refused service because we said it wasn’t us who honked

Tried thier fully loaded croissant. It was amazing. And one was very filling.
