Bidrage med feedbackWorst subway I have ever had . I bought it at 5:45pm and they didn’t have lettuce, didn’t have carrots, didn’t have tomatoes and didn’t have olives. The person serving me could see that I was perplexed that they didn’t have anything and she said “Let me see if we’ve got tomatoes at the back” and she came back with sliced tomatoes in her hand. If i hadn’t been so hungry, I would have canceled my order. Wouldn’t recommend. Try the shops next to it, they look much better
Eli is a credit to sandwich artists everywhere. Takes pride in making the subs exactly how I like them. Some of the other employees should take notes as unfortunately I cannot say the same for them.The 5 star review is only for Eli, I've had less than enjoyable experiences when Eli has not been working.
The worst subway shop, I've been to this place twice and ordered extra avocado but both times it was missing.
I had a disappointing experience at the Cooper's Plains store. The staff member I encountered, who I can only describe as a smart-mouthed young girl, was not only unhelpful but also rude. My order was completely wrong, and the main ingredient was missing. When I expressed my concerns, she just shrugged it off and didn’t take any initiative to resolve the issue. I ended up with a scattered seafood dish that didn’t meet my expectations at all. When I tried to address the problem, the employee told me that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to pay again, stating it wasn’t her problem. This was particularly frustrating, as I had never had any issues like this before. Sadly, this experience cost them a regular customer. I wanted to speak with a manager, but it seemed like they didn’t care to assist either. On a positive note, their seafood is fresh. However, the experience overall left much to be desired, ending with me settling for cornflakes for dinner. **Parking**: Very busy and chaotic. **Wheelchair Accessibility**: Available, but you have to navigate around tables and chairs.
I received the wrong sandwich, which was my fault. However, I will never return to this location. It's disappointing after such amazing service for so many years, but I feel it’s necessary to take this step.
