I visited the restaurant on December 3, 2023, at 5 PM, and was promptly greeted by a male employee who asked how he could assist me. He quickly got to work on making my milkshake, including all the toppings I requested. The place was very clean and well-maintained! Not only did I feel welcomed right away, but the customer who came in right after me was also acknowledged immediately. After I paid for my drink, the staff promptly helped her with her order, and everything was done quickly! The milkshake was perfect, and the service was friendly and efficient. Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend the chewy sweets or the mumie mix-ins, as they can be either stale or too hard due to the ice. However, the Oreo mix-ins are fantastic and highly recommended. Their waffles and cakes are also very good.

This is my favorite ice cream shop! The staff is courteous, and the place is always clean. They offer 10 different flavors, with my favorite being banana, and there are plenty of toppings to choose from! The ice cream is rich and creamy, with the perfect texture, and the flavors are delightful! I've never had a disappointing treat from here.

I have the new Silk chocolate ice cream and it was amazing! very delicious and filling. so happy they have a non-milk option that is still iced. hopefully they will not have milk taste in the future. also warn when they are vegan or lactose intolerance when they get immersed in it, they mix it on a surface that crosses contaminated milk into it ice.

I ordered a birthday cake for my brother online and it did taste good, but there was barely any mix ins! I don't think they even added the 3rd mix in which was cookie dough and you can taste that in a bite. Spending $28+ on a small 6 round cake, it'd be nice if you get what you pay for, ya know? Enjoying every bite would be great!
