Subway - COOLOONGUP

This is one of the best subway restaurants for both food quality and service. Despite being a small shop, they provide excellent customer service. Definitely worth a visit!

The restaurant had a very unpleasant attitude towards both customers and workers, with rude behavior and lack of professionalism. I will not be returning in the future.

We have taken our meals home and then discovered that the pass chips were not completely boiled. some were still hard (frozen) in the middle. we could not eat them, too much annoyed to go back to the load, it is a Sunday night and we need to get the children in bed. they said they served us uncooked. they weren't too busy, should've checked if they were properly cooked. the rolls, salads and cookies were great.

Excellent service of cara today the only one in charge when we stopped. very nice made sub and wrap and thanks for the discount that we did not intend to wait. the load was tidy and clean for the load that had only one...person. there's the young lady.

Ask for a Salad plate with no meat very very average, you get more salad if you go to IGA than here and much cheaper $7 for nothing but salad. I mentioned this at the till as I though the salad plate looked almost empty...and the lady snapped at me and said well if you want more salad you can pay extra. Attitude plus will not come back........
