After waiting for an exceptionally long time for my cake to arrive, I was pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste. To make up for the delay, the staff even offered me an extra milkshake while I waited.

The treatment we received from the woman taking orders was very rude. My husband and I sat at a table for two without a reserved sign, but no one came to assist us. When it was time for me to order, I was suddenly asked if I had a reservation, even though we had never needed one before. When I explained that we had found a table on our own, the woman said that the problem was nobody was waiting. I decided to leave as it seemed like they wanted us to wait for someone to seat us. We usually try to support small businesses in the region, but after this experience, we chose to spend our lunch dollars elsewhere. We ended up going to Mates Gully in Wagga, which was a very positive experience as always. The hospitality we received at the restaurant was far from welcoming. Being busy is no excuse for taking out frustrations on customers. It is important to be organized and ensure that customers are seated promptly.

We had a pleasant lunch at this restaurant. It came highly recommended and definitely did not disappoint.

Go where the locals go for good coffee food, staff were friendly, quirky lively atmosphere and a good selection of food and cakes on offer.
