Tim Hortons - Cookstown

Today i see Worst manager she don’t have manner to talk I don’t get how she get promoted to this position who disrespect costumers due her behaviour we are never going to visit this tim place. There was no sign of private property and no truck enter enough with was straight delivery truck and number of parking places was empty.she came out and start yelling in public such a worst experience.

I went there today morning and we stopped there to take our coffe break but due to the attitude of a lady over there- I think so she was a manager but she don’t even know that how to talk with there customers. The lady started yelling on me without any reason.

They had run out if most items, the cheese twists were over, no savory pastry either nor were the items on offer available either. The server was nice and tried to recommend other options. The men's washroom was very unclean.Just had a coffee here.

The staff just doesn’t care about customer service and the food wasn’t properly prepared.As a company in the middle of no where hidding really.. the staff should be friendlier, and better at making your order.

Ignorant staff. Had to leave because no one even came to the counter for order.
