There were many employees working at the front counter. While most places prioritize drive-thru orders, this location focused on both. Each staff member was busy with their assigned tasks. The manager efficiently communicated with the staff about incoming and outgoing orders, creating a great team dynamic. The food was delicious and served quickly. I tried the hot dog and it was one of the best I've had in a long time.

During a recent lunch visit on the day that Roger's went down, the restaurant was surprisingly busy. Despite the circumstances happening in Canada that day, our food was hot, delicious, and the service was great. There was a young lady who stood out in particular for her exceptional service. She worked quickly and efficiently, taking our order, preparing our food, and ensuring that we were well taken care of. She even went above and beyond by bringing our fries and onion rings to our table, all with a smile. This young lady not only impressed my family, but also other customers who were dining in, taking out, or going through the drive-thru. She showed great leadership and helped to keep things running smoothly during a busy time. Another customer mentioned that she had previously worked at this location and had always been on top of her game. This type of dedication and pride in providing excellent service is rare to find in today's world, and it truly made a difference in our dining experience. As we were leaving, we spoke to another staff member who informed us that the young lady's name was Trish. Although the staff no longer wear name tags, I wanted to ensure that she was properly acknowledged in my review. I like harvey’s and I have always received good reviews. this is a bad evaluation because of the coffee. I met someone and just wanted to go for a coffee while I was waiting. it was about 11:am and no one was in the restaurant. the young lady went out from behind and seemed restless, that my order was just a coffee. I went out and the party came up and the kiji deal was completed. I went and started drinking the coffee. it tasted as if it were all in the pot at night. When I spilled it, it had ground in the floor.

I've eaten a few times here and the food has always been hot and fresh. great tasting for an almost food restaurant.
