Second Chance Club - Cookeville

The better choice of 3 star hotels in Cookeville. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Kitchen good in terms of cutlery, etc. Pretty standard free hotel breakfast. Starbucks coffee pads in your room.

We really enjoyed our four nights. The room was very clean and new. The plant was quiet. Housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor was very nice. Kitchen staff was nice and kept everything well.

A great place to stay. The staff is happy to be there. Each individual person worked friendly, competent and good at her place. The facility was well maintained clean. It was calm. The suite was nicely decorated. The shiny stars were definitely the employees. Just an excellent stay.

The hotel was very nice. The staff at the reception was very nice on arrival. The room was very nice, good place. Bathroom is all white so you can see that it is cleaned well. Beautiful towels, beds are comfortable and kitchen area is also beautiful. Fridge was immaculate. We used the treadmills in the small “Gym” they have. Just a few devices, but all kept very nice. Just the reason I was there was a 4 out of 5 because there could be a little Tilex (milk remover) around the security bar and shower tap. You have to wipe the door handle. Although it looks refreshed, the white doors could touch a little color. Maybe knit picking, but we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

First timer at this place, and tho it was for an overnight, will definitely consider next time we're in the area longer than a few days. Great setup for an extended stay with a small kitchen and all the dishes, etc. Breakfast was ok, your typical egg sandwiches (already cooked/bagged) and fruit and of course plenty of coffee and juice
