Red Lobster - Cookeville

Had dinner tonight for a special reason. Place was near empty by customers at 5:30 on a Wednesday night. The service was OK. Food was moderate, pitiful presentation. Little portion. Up prices. It won't be back.

We had to wait longer than expected, but the service and the food was so good, waiting was worth it. Older men with glasses and a horsetail is a fabulous server!

Another Cookeville restaurant that exceeded my expectations! The staff was very polite and accommodating, the food was a never-ending cycle of shrimps (and they encouraged to order more and more)... It should be. Great work, Cookeville Red Lobster, to restore my faith in the brand.

My husband spent $77.32 on snow crab legs, which were literally in pieces and rubber and my salad was brown as green with watery dressing, which was not even what I ordered. So disappointed and I won't be back.

Ordered a dessert to go. Was supposed to be 2 chocolate pieces of warm cake with ice cream and hot fudge. What I got was 2 pieces of cold cake no ice cream no fudge and no cutlery. When I call back to find out why I paid 20$ for cold cake Alyssa said they were about to close and offered me a scoop of ice cream. A scoop of ice cream for my cold pieces of cake. yeah thanks for the response do you even read the reviews?
