Mcdonald's - Cookeville

I was really happy with the manager's response to my friend's harassment. He called her and apologized and promised to implement new training. I'm glad that they have a commitment to keeping spaces safe for all people. Thank you!

They are quick for the most part. The service has been getting better than before. We like the iced caramel mocha drink.

We had dinner here last night. One employee named Allison was friendly and had such a great personality. Allison made our experience worth being there. Even though she was very busy she took time to greet us take our order and even check on us to make sure our order was right. Hope Allison will be there next time. Absolutely love her great personality.very positive. When you go ask for her she works evening

What can I say about McDonald's? There is a reason that it's one of the highest ranked franchises out there..The food is addictive, and there is always a McDonald's close to you, anywhere you go! I do miss the old days, when they would run the 29 cent hamburgers, and 39 cent cheeseburgers...but I guess those days are long gone...although..it's hard to beat their dollar menu! 5 stars!
