Chili's Grill Cookeville

Service was great and the food was wonderful as always. I love when a server has an actual recommendation when I ask!

Food was good, service was good, restaurant was gross. I'm not super picky but this place had years of built up funk.

The skillet queso was gritty and tasted terrible, almost like sand. It was completely inedible. I called to request a refund or a gift card equivalent to what I spent, but the representative kept insisting it only cost $2.90, even though it was over $11 after tax. They continued to offer me a $5 gift card for my next visit, but honestly, there won’t be a next visit. I really can’t wrap my head around how this situation occurred. The person I spoke with seemed clueless and was more than happy to end the call without resolving the issue. There are so many things wrong with this experience. It's truly unbelievable.

When my family and I arrived, the restaurant was quite slow, but the service was excellent. Our waitress was very professional and made sure we didn't have to wait long for our drinks. Our meals also arrived promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic visit!

Emily is an exceptional waitress! She consistently refilled our glasses and checked on us at just the right moments!
