If you're trying to get E.coli, hepatitis, then definitely eat here!

Couldnt pay me to go back. This place is disgusting worst bk DO NOT GO HERE. They NEVER wear gloves like they 're supposed to especially when food is ready to eat . They handle cash/cards/customer and do not glove or wash hands in-between. It 's filthy. To add to your disgusting experience the staff always looks unprofessional and dirty, Rude to the customers argue with customers. They basically do EVERYTHING you 're trained NOT to do when working in this field. I 'm surprised they haven 't been forced to shut down. I would add photos to prove I 'm not LYING but I will NEVER go there again.

EVERY time I go here, I get cold food and rude service. They shove your food at you and don't say a word. They need a whole new staff or shut down. Will never go to the Spring St. location again.

I recently visited the Burger King at 250 West Spring Street in Cookeville, TN, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I 've ever had. During my order at the drive-through, I was informed that they had run out of large cups. Despite having paid for a large beverage, I was told I would only receive a medium with no offer for compensation. Seeking a reasonable solution, I spoke with the manager, Ashley, to see if it would be possible to get an additional medium or even a small drink to make up for the difference. Shockingly, her response was that she preferred I lose out on money than her, citing concerns about her costs. This refusal to acknowledge a fair customer request, coupled with a disregard for customer satisfaction, was astoundingly poor service. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy and customer care demonstrated by the management at this location.
