Bojangles - Cookeville

This restaurant is exceptionally clean and friendly. The food was served hot and the service was intriguing. The place is well-organized and the biscuits are irresistible - you just can't stop eating them!

I called the manager to let them know there was a black substance that looked horrible floating inside of her cup! I have no idea for sure what it is but it could be old tea leaves or mold so be weary of their tea.

Food always good. Finally enough employees yo get the job done. Enjoy going there.

The staff is awesome everyone of them. No matter what time of day it is. Tried all the food and it's great. Good and juicy tender

Entered at 5pm Friday. Stood in line (3rd in line) for 10 minutes and not one person in line had been waited on or even acknowledged. Employees were working , but not doing anything productive. I saw only 2 orders go out in the ten minutes I stoodthere. Drive thru was backed up as well. We walked out. Won 't be back.
