My order sat for over five minutes after I told them I was there because the counter staff apparently didn't know where to look or there was poor communicationwith the expeditor. The portions were acceptable and tasty but the customer service was lacking. Since I had to go out of myway to dine here I likely will not be returning.
My 12 year old loves this, but the last few times we went the chicken fingers were so dry and hard we couldn't bite thru the skin. I feel like they were refried. Also, I feel like they rush through the order and repeat back what I said but things werestill wrong.
The food was enjoyable, but the staff at the counter seemed unwilling to assist.
If you're considering visiting a Zaxby's, I highly recommend you avoid this location! This experience has pushed me over the edge. I usually order through the app to take advantage of their deals, but I've had issues every single time I've placed an order here. If my order is ready, it just sits there unattended for anyone to grab. And if it's not ready, even when I arrive after the estimated time, the staff seem completely clueless about my order! I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes! The employees act as if they don’t work there at all. I had to say "excuse me" at least five times before I finally decided to get in the order line. This will definitely be my last visit to this location.
Quick service! My order is always served hot and accurately, just the way my family enjoys it. Thank you, Keara, for ensuring my order was correct and making sure I had napkins for my meal. I truly appreciate it!
