Wings actually weren't that bad I got lemon pepper wings were smallfries are so terrible

This used to be my go to place,however since the summer they’ve have slacked up tremendously,yesterday I ordered 10 piece lemon pepper wings with vegetables fried rice when I got my food I bit into my wings and my meat was brown it was not fresh,it felt and tasted like my food was days old,the bones were brown and the rice tasted days old too. I haven’t ordered from them in a while and decided to give my ole spot another chance but again I was disappointed, I called them and let them know,they were too fast to say “I replace no worry”,they knew it was old and they were ok with that. I’m done.

The food was hard cold and horrible!! Everything was over cooked and when we called to get a replacement the manager wouldn’t accommodate us! No refund, meal replacement or anything!!! This place sucks! Do not eat here!

Customer service is good. Place always has a strong grease odor inside that will stick to your clothes. The wings are garbage and I’ve had them on more than one occasion so not a one-off experience. The burgers are subpar and they just throw on whole tomatoes. The fries are bland and taste like cardboard. I highly suspect the odd taste of their lemonade is due to the tea urns not being regularly cleaned. The only thing good here is their fried rice and the “sesame chicken” they had for a temporary time (it was basically boneless wings tossed in sauce). I decided to stop wasting my money here. Won’t go back.

I'm not sure why people who own restaurants act like you HAVE to patronize them. Unfriendly, but quick to take your money. Plus, they have a combo without the soda included! What a mark up, and the main thing was the wings were not good.
