Vinomondo - Conwy

Stopped by for a drink, outside is set up nicely. Enjoyed our drinks and had a couple of meat and cheese platters which were excellent. Staff were excellent.

Amazing little wine bar on the high st in Conwy. Great selection of wine and a very decent craft beer offering (especially considering it’s a wine bar) plus a few draught beers. Several great areas to enjoy, it has a perfectly designed beer garden, an inside drinking area upstairs and a nice sized table in the shop. There’s cheese and charcuterie available if you get peckish and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I can’t believe how perfect this place is so much in such a small venue. Best bar in Conwy by a mile.

A fantastic gem in Conwy, the staff are friendly welcoming and knowledgeable and on hand to help with the products they sell,myself, dad and uncle stopped and enjoyed the beer garden and the beers and ciders we had we thoroughly enjoyed and are planning to come back again soon.

It's the most beautiful wine bar I've been to pity it closes so early especially in the summer . The beers and wine is fab and we love the secret garden.

I visited today to pick up a wine recommended on Facebook. There was a knowledgeable gentleman in the shop, but the girl at the register seemed inexperienced. She spent a long time catering to him, completely ignoring me while I was on the phone and using the computer. Once she finally finished, she casually said, "Oh, I thought you were together," and offered no further apology or thanks for my patience—all quite rude, really. I've experienced similar issues before when trying to place orders through Facebook; I felt completely ignored with no response. I don’t think this is the right way to treat new, local customers.
