Pound Bakery - Conwy

We bought several items in this shop and were really impressed by the quality and good value. The meat and potato pie had loads of meat in it and delicious gravy whilst the strawberry tarts and apple tarts with cream topping were very moreish! Probably not the healthiest choice of food but a nice treat!

Lovely staff so knowlegable Plenty of choices Clean shop Staff went out their way to help less able customers.

I have always liked the idea of the pound bakery it USED to be like it said on the sign but not any longer. Yes items are now well over a pound BUT you can still get z sandwich for a pound or with a bit of salad on for £1.25 and z couple of cans of pop for a quid so tl be frank what is there not to like.

Emergancy stop here as our hotel did not cater for the needs of guests Thanks to the lovely gent made me laugh his story about the gent how wet himself in his shop he was more annoyed about just putting a new mop head on his mop. Much needed laugh had and emergancy rashions bought it pleasure to shop here By the way the goodies went down singing sons of praise Thank you for making my day.

Great for takeaway. A lot of hot food 2 items for pound. I had a cheese and onion slice and a vegetable curry pastry roll both good.
