Taco Bell - Conway

Worst experience I have with fast food tonight at the Taco Bell in Conway, AR on Dave Ward Drive. Our group had 3 mobile orders for pick up. Upon arrival at 8:03, we waited 10 min and then order #1 was received but wrong. My friend told them it was wrong, and they argued even though the receipt showed it was wrong. They started remaking his order. While they were doing that, a different person came in with a wrong order from the drive through. They fixed their order, meanwhile none of the 3 orders in my group had been received. Finally, my friend got his order again and it was missing a chalupa. He told them, and once again they argued with him before finally admitting they were in the wrong. Order #2, my order, was received after 20 min of being there. She forgot my cup and I said I had a large drink with that. In response, she slammed a cup down on the table while rolling her eyes. At one point we were just standing there and a worker said What is she looking at? Finally, we received the 3rd order after 40 min of being there. Not one apology was given, the workers were extremely rude the entire time, and on their phones/vaping outside while we were waiting. Not going back.

Horrible service! The crew had all their friends hanging out, cussing , sitting on the counter, and texting. Several people came in and walked out because they could not get service.

Not only did they get everything wrong, the hard tacos were soggy with no shell to keep them from breaking, when i asked to get it fixed they had an attitude. never go to this

Made an order on the Taco Bell app and it sent my order 250 mi away. When I tried to cancel it wouldn't let me cancel. I called the restaurant and tried to cancel they told me too bad, they wasn't going to make it. Taco Bell stole $5.50 from me.

This taco bell just racially profiled me and the man at the window said i called him a racial slur and when i asked to speak to the manager he closed the window on me and pointed me to pull out from tbe window.Also asked for a soft taco and they some how meased it up even tough i told them I was food sensitive to hard shell tacos and he simple did not care.
