THEIVES!!! Y’all be careful, just went in to get a sandwich, before I swiped my card one of the many sketchy looking employees reached over and pushes something on the keypad. I assumed they were skipping the tip option but no, that pos gave himself a tip. Straight scandalous behavior over at Charley’s!If you don’t get paid enough, get another job. I won’t be coming back, subway is trash but at least they won’t steal right in front of your face. Not mad though, from the looks of the dude that did it he’ll be dead or incarcerated soon enough. Low life, bottom feeding behavior.They type of dude to steal a hellcat from a cop, they type of dude to steal a roach from your ashtray, and oh yeah if you haven’t caught on…he was black. scum.

My chicken was raw in the middle ! My fries was cold : I called and ask for a refund but she told me bc I went through DoorDash I had to get refund through DoorDash ! I was very disappointed because I bit into raw chicken ! Granted , the manager did apologize….. I will never go back ! You should never play over people

I only had an Oreo Shake, however I asked about the sundae and the employee didn't know if the Oreo sundae had fudge sauce.Granted she could have been new.The service was so Slow, I mean no sense of urgency at All. The sad part was they weren't even busy. No one in the lobby or in line but it took 15 minutes to make a shake ??? Go figureNo friendliness either, guess it's not a priority because they aren't trying to give out Great Service!!

Says they close at 10 but when I pulled up at 9:55 I saw an employee scurry around inside. Speaker had an automated message saying they were closed. I thought the employee might be coming to talk to me but they didn’t. Took a pic before leaving. I only wanted a lemonade real quick
