Bidrage med feedbackFrom the looks of other reviews I can see this is a problem. I ordered this on Door Dash at 5:20. Door Dash waited a long time for the food. Almost 2 hours later we received soggy fries and sandwiches that were so burnt we can't eat them. We spent over $35. Stay away from here.
Went through the drive through, had fast service. Decided to go inside to eat, was greeted and check on while dinning. I got the chicken teriyaki, it was a little on salty side but never the less good enough for me to eat. A little mad they didn?t have that special season salt for my fries. I would come back. Restaurant was clean, staff was wearing mask.
Overall highly dissatisfied with the customer service. While ordering I was rushed to make my order, then when the order was repeated back it was incorrect and I missed it. However when I got to the window and the girl repeated it again I caught the mistake and corrected it. She asked if I would just keep the order the way she rang it up since it was already made (defeats the purpose of reading it back or ordering what I actually wanted) then proceeds to ask me if I just didn't hear her the first time in a sarcastic or irritated manner. After that she just holds the bag of food out of the window without saying anything. To finish off the experience, I get home to an incorrect order. Food allergies are serious. Needless to say my family won't be doing business there any longer
First impressions of the sandwich- it looks really good but it doesn't look like it's very filled with meat/toppings. That could be just the way it was set up in the box. I ordered mine without lettuce, pickles, and tomato. Next time I'll need to make sure I ask for extra mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Overall, tastes good... Isn't burnt like some of the other reviews have said here, and I would order here again.
5 Stars! Why? Because not only are their sandwiches and cheese fries awesome but their managers got large cups from a local theater to make customers have cups. Other restaurant managers would not do anything like but just sit on their lousy bottoms and blame their lack of supplies on COVID. Good Job Charley's managers for being on top of your game!
