Bidrage med feedbackWhat a shame. When you enter the building, it looks really good; spacious, luxurious and promising. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The waiters hurry up at the tables. You constantly ask if you have made your choices, even if the menu is open in... before you, and breaks between the courses are at most 5 minutes. Everything gives you the feeling that you should hurry. When we asked for additional pommes or potatoes to supplement the main course, the waiter seemed to be insulted, but after we insisted that he arranged the pommes, was served 10 minutes later the salmon in 5 minutes. Food's okay, but that's all right. We had the salmon for dinner, which was small, slightly overcooked and well prepared. The 3-course menu of €36 is much too small, and the main course does not come with any form of decoration, salad, gratin, potatoes, frits or whatever. Very minimal. In short, the prices are far too high for what is served. The atmosphere is awkward and the waiters are either inexperienced or slightly insulted. Food is not enough and quality is unsatisfactory. The additional frits we demanded were calculated in the amount of €12!!! A small glass house wine costs you here 6 €. All in all €102 for a small 3-course dinner of medium quality with bad rushed service.
We stayed at the hotel during a trip and decided to taste the self-styled gastronomic restaurant... We were very disappointed that the staff was obviously thinly stretched to cover all tables (as if they did not expect many customers on a Friday night? , they were...court, but forgetful and some were able to compete in front of customers... Even with this, we expected to get better food than what we ordered. For me it was not above the brasserie level in terms of idea, presentation or taste. To justify the price, managers should invest in more staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a huge hotel focused on business and congress intentions. From the parking lot to the reception is a long hike with luggage. Spa facilities and gym view reasonably quiet at night The rooms were good, but some mold around bathroom spoiled effect. In the bar, piano white noise... I replacement and meant we ended the beers and found another restaurant
We stayed at the Cosmos Hotel on our way back home and decided to have diner there. It was supposed to be the best place in town. The menu was limited. You could choose between four dishes as main course of which only one was...fish. We took the fish and tasted very good. Staff was not very courteous. Food came in a rush. Wine was later than the main dish we ordered. Three times we were asked for a desert we did not want. Next time I try number two in the ranking.
We loved the "old grandeur" of the hotel. It was well kept and the facilities are good. Or family room was very spacious and comfortable. Our only remark would be about the service in the restaurant. There were too few people attending to the guests so the waiting time was a little long.
