El Limon - CONSHOHOCKEN

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant. The food, staff, and atmosphere are all genuine. The prices are also reasonable, unlike Coyote Crossing down the street, which tends to overcharge.

Went here today for the first time and the service was really fast. The Quesabirria tacos were Excellent, But I got a side order of rice and beans and It was such a small portion for $4.36. And the rice was crunchy and not cooked all the way. I would definitely come back just for the tacos, but I wouldn’t get the rice and beans again. The Salsa they added to my order it was delicious.

My total came up to 23 and I paid with my card. I pressed NO TIP because I didn’t eat inside. I took my food to go. THEY STILL ADDED A 10 TIP!!!!! WHY WOULD I TIP 10 on a 23 meal with no service?? You people are THIEVES!! DO NOT GO HERE

I always order food from there and I always end up disappointed, most Mexican restaurants stand out for the seasoning and quantity of food and apart from the fact that they give you a pittance it is not how it should normally be, for example I bought a shrimp ceviche and normally it would be sold in a container with shrimp and avocado seasoned all with its red juice and what I received was chopped shrimp with horrible onion

I recently visited this charming little spot because I really love Mexican food. As is my custom on my first visit to a Mexican restaurant, I ordered my favorite sampler plate: carne asada with mole sauce, along with rice and beans. Having chips and salsa on the table is a must for me, as it serves as a testament to the restaurant's authenticity. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable given the challenging times we're in.
