Taco Veloz - Conroe

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was impressed by how the server delivered food directly to my car. Normally, I don’t speak up about issues because that's just not my style—unless something seriously bothers me. In this case, after I was quoted a total both over the phone and by the server, the price unexpectedly increased when it was time to pay. I didn’t realize this discrepancy until I got home. As a result, she ended up with a $9 tip instead of the intended $4, which was already more than I felt comfortable giving. I didn’t receive a receipt either. When I called to discuss it, I was unable to speak with a manager, and the server was not straightforward about the situation. Eventually, I decided to just let it go, believing that it will all balance out in the end.
