My son just went there, I asked for extra black olives that the man put there less than normal. I asked him about 6x. Then I didn't get a salt pepper. He just said how he worked all day at the Walmart sales center. This is my second bad experience in this subway. I'm going south from now on to 336. Then I received notifications saying it would arrive by 10:50 PM and then 10:55 PM, but nothing ever came. After 11 PM, I was notified that my order had been canceled. If you have set hours of operation, you need to answer your phone when customers call during those hours. If you tell UberEATS that an order is being prepared and then continuously push back the time only to cancel it, maybe it’s time to either close your business or replace the employees who refuse to fulfill orders or answer the phone. It's essential to have staff who will actually do their jobs.
