Jack In The Box - Conroe

I believed I didn't want to go to town. I'm mainly broth and tending instead of tender. I was disappointed.

If I could I would give ZERO stars! I order and asked for taco sauce and buttermilk and didn’t receive any also asked for ketchup and they said “it’s in the bag” that was a lie!

After years of not eating Jack in the box because I was served cold tacos (another location), I decided to give this place another try. I had not eaten here in 7+ years so I had a few questions about the menu items. The staff were extremely friendly and explained the different menu options with a smile on their face! I’ll be back because the staff are better than any other fast food place I’ve been in a long time. They grilled chicken sandwich was excellent and fresh too!

Pay $1 apiece for extra cheese and hot sauce and get like a drop in each. Dry tacos. Is this how you treat your customers Jack in the Box, take their money and pocket it where you feel you can get away with it? Guess I'll take my business elsewhere next time.Edit: I just spoke with their district manager who informed me he had just recently taken over this location. He got hold of me the same day i voiced my complaint and went out of his way to make the situation right. With me customer service is a big issue. None of us look to make a mountain out of a molehill. We do expect to be treated fairly as customers. I'm always willing to give a business the benefit of the doubt when they show they value their customers, and this was how i felt in my conversation. I have no doubt he will follow through on his word.

Love the new popcorn chicken! And the cool little box is very handy!
