We spent $50 and they forgot my men fries so that only the sandwich did not fill him up, and the flesh on his sandwich was cold. I tried to call back and make it right, but they didn't answer, so I think after I come home and find out that and he's upset it won't even be repaired. never back there and was really excited to be opened here.

Cost almost 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and when I came home, the command was gone. I was very excited to have a new PCS place close to, but these young have to get it together. 3/16 evening

I love how we can order on the app and that is ready to eat when we arrive.

I ordered from this restaurant using the app and had my husband pick up our dinner. I checked in for curbside service, but after waiting 20 minutes, no one came out with our food. My husband had to go inside (defeating the purpose of curbside) only to find that there was no one working at the counter. When he got home, we realized that our order was missing an Ultimate Fry. This wouldn't normally be a big deal, but paying $4 for some fries and not receiving them is disappointing. When I called the store, the listed phone number belonged to a random man who was annoyed to be receiving calls meant for Charley's. After finally reaching the right number, the employee was rude about their mistake. While I understand that this location is new and may still have some issues to work out, it is no excuse for negligence towards customers who have paid for their food. We are fans of Charley's and were excited to have one in our small town, but based on this experience, we may not be returning to this location. The food was mediocre and not up to the usual standard.
