Mcdonald's - Conneaut

We ordered a dinner box at McDonald's and requested two plain hamburgers with no toppings. However, when we opened the box, we found two regular cheeseburgers instead. I spoke to the manager and she instructed the cooks to make us two plain hamburgers. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the burgers had no cheese but still had pickles, ketchup, and onions. Despite being reassured that they were plain hamburgers, they did not meet our dietary restrictions. Due to allergies and lactose intolerance, I could not return to have them remade, so we were unable to enjoy our meal as planned.

The restaurant's app was not functioning properly, so we had to reorder our food. When we inquired about a refund for the mobile order, as we had already paid and the money had been taken out, the manager became agitated and insisted that we had not paid. Despite just wanting to know if my money would be refunded, the manager's reaction was off-putting. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant, even though it is conveniently located nearby. It is disappointing to say this, as I had previously only had positive experiences at this establishment.
