Bidrage med feedbackSpencer, the head chef shared with me and my friends some of his sauces. He and the staff I think try to care, and I could taste it in the mushroom melt and his amazing sauces. When they brought out the mushroom melt I remembered them saying that the bread and buns are made in-house, so when I poked at the bun I said out loud, "it 's so sowft! "I 'm a half-time vegan so I can say the food here is on point for someone trying to find their way into vegan cuisine If you don 't like mushrooms, just do what I did and go with their recommendations.Do yourself a favor and eat here. I feel like you won 't regret it.
A wonderful little local cafe, locally sourced organic ingredients that taste AMAZING. Every time I come the staff is so friendly and welcoming. One of the chefs, Spencer, came to our table to chat and even show us some homemade syrups! It is readily apparent that every dish is thoughtfully made with care.I got a mushroom melt sandwich with a side salad, and the side salad is GORGEOUS. No sad limp iceberg here!I love coming here and make the trip to conifer any chance I get!
My partner and I have been coming to Taspen's since before the pandemic and we are never disappointment with the meal, the atmosphere or the staff. It is hard to find meals these days that are not only made with passion but with love so compliments to Spencer and the kitchen staff! Please keep adding delicious vegan options to your menu because I want to try it all :D
Amazing food and service. Everyone here is so nice! We had the Yak burger and Chicken Bacon sandwich both were amazing and Spencer went out of his way to insure a high quality experience. Thanks for always being our favorite place stop whenever we are on 285. You guys rock!
The Amaze Balls meatball sandwich is delicious! I would highly recommend it. And the customer service in this place is top notch. The head chef is super kind, helpful, and gives great recommendations for anyone, especially anyone that has dietary restrictions. Thanks for the great post-hike meal!
