Spectacular place to eat in a quiet and familiar environment, in a pretty town in El Bierzo. Great variety of dishes made with local products and an extensive wine list to pair with a very good price. The attention is unbeatable. Totally recommended! A small restaurant that surprises in every way: quality, friendliness and exquisite food. We were 6 people and we ordered a little of everything. A strawberry and smoked sardine salmorejo that surprised by the fusion of flavors. Some mussels with a delicious sauce. Some of the best croquettes I've ever had (jerky and blue cheese). A rib and ear brioche and a sweetbread sandwich.... Cod on a bed of pea and mint sauce that amazes! The dessert was also great: a coulan-style oreo chocolate cake that was wonderful and one called a walk in the clouds that lovers of jelly beans will go crazy for (yogurt ice cream and raspberry ball with sweets). The only dish that seemed most normal to me was the waffle. Summary: we will return for sure. Vegetarian options: Vegan burgers and cook willing to do anything to please.
