Bidrage med feedbackWe love to go to this pub when the weather is nice. it has a beautiful but small outdoor seating area with magnificent view over congleton, the viaduct, the jodrell bank and on a good day you can see wales. they have a good selection of larger including veltins and they serve food. the prices are not the cheapest, but I feel that it is worth paying the little more for the friendly service and great outsight. if they have accessible needs, the area can be difficult. to reach the entrance, there is an inclined height and with it a very old building it can get close when they are a wheel chair user, the gray area is very demanding when they use a wheel chair because it is directed obliquely to the side and down and I do not remember seeing a ramp to reach the grass area. if they are visually impaired, then they have the usual problems, but easy to overcome when friends and family. I just send the gf in to get drinks.
Good choice of food, not too expensive, fresh, tasty. And good service!

Friendly, reasonably isolated and traditional country pub with a good selection of ales, good food and not overpriced. Nice views of the Cheshire planes too
This pub is lovely. It is spotless with high class cutlery and glassware. There is a good menu and the food is of good quality and well presented on HOT plates.
