In a word: delicious! Brasserie located ideally opposite the magnificent castle of St Germain, full center. Nice welcome, friendly and professional staff. Balanced map with high-end brewery cuisine. Fresh, well-worked, cooked and valued meat or fish. A generous veal dish cooked just to the point, slightly pink, accompanied by a comforting purée, tataki of tuna just beautiful served on a bed of crunchy and hot vegetables. And Norwegian omelet light and unsweet, superb. All this accompanied by a chardonnais mineral and despite all subtle fruity, served in its ice bucket. Extremely correct rates with respect to generous plates served. Bravo!

Beautiful brewery located in front of the pleasant castle for the terrace also in summer with seafood and dishes are tasty, the tuna tataki and the dorade are tasteful, I loved the Norwegian omelette a souvenir, the waiters are friendly the whole made that we feel good and we go back there
