This is the driest turkey and nastiest Mac and collards I ever had in my life.

I’ve been staying at family house for a few days and had a taste for some comfort food. I googled places for hours and ended up deciding on this place.I ordered my food to go. The service was great and the young lady at the front was very helpful. I ordered a veggie plate of dressing, cabbage, black eyed peas, and Mac and cheese. The Mac cheese and black eyed peas were great. The rest of the stuff… let’s just say I trashed it. I don’t like gravy and don’t feel like food need anything extra to help dress it up… it’s either good or not. The dressing was extremely dry and didn’t do it didn’t do it for me but the concept was cute), the cabbage was not cooked completely and so crunchy. I wanted potato salad but it’s made with bacon ? never have I Eva!! I ended up going to a restaurant up the street that was able to accommodate me for the potato salad.Needless to say. I’m glad I was able to patronize but I doubt I’ll be back but please give them a try for yourself.

The people that work here are sweet and down to earth... And very knowledgeable of their food.. The location and the atmosphere is more so of a carry out on a side street.. The food was good, but the cornbread needed some work. A bit pricey as well... Is more so dine in prices... But I will admit the Is food is restaurant quality.. just doesn't need to be so expensive and could definitely grab regulars if it wasnt..

This may sound crazy but I drove from Alabama to Atlanta just to try their food … yes from Alabama to Atlanta just to eat and I give them 5 stars … I was very pleased… the Mac and cheese is different I didn’t like it . Customer service was down to earth she called and let us know what they were out of and what they had .. Felt like I was talking to family on the phone . I highly recommend.. I can’t wait to come back … probably this weekend .. Food so good it put me to sleep.. and they give you plenty for the money !!
